If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original sealed & un-opened condition.

In the event that the item you received is damaged/faulty or does not match the description given, then a full refund (including postage costs) will be made to your original payment method. ​

To return purchases, please package the item securely and post to the address given on our contact page.

Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, unless  postage was paid in your original order, postage will be refunded along with the purchase price.

When the item has been returned to us with a brief note as to the reason for the return, as well as  your contact details, and we are completely satisfied that the product has not been tampered with, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.
